The Missouri River Basin Lewis & Clark Visitor Center is hosting its annual Native American Artifact Show on Saturday, March 9, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The show will feature authentic Native American artifacts from a number of private and public collections. Visitors will be able to see some of the finest examples of spear points, arrowheads, tools, and pottery in the Midwest. Don’t miss out on a special presentation at 1pm by Nolan Johnson, "Nebraska Archaeology: 10,000 BCE to 1,800 CE". This FREE event is sponsored in part by Humanities Nebraska.

Missouri River Basin Lewis & Clark Visitor Center presents Saturday with a Soldier every second Saturday from April through October. The Living History Corps, portraying members of the Corps of Discovery, will be giving live demonstrations and telling stories of daily life on the expedition. Kids can dress up in look-alike uniforms and try their hand at tomahawk throwing. Great photo opportunities!
